Nick had a whirlwind romance with Sage Warner back in 2014, and, when she became pregnant, he married her in 2015 — but didn’t check to see if he fathered her child.
Sage was eventually killed in a car accident, and, eventually, Nick learned that little Christian wasn’t his but instead belonged to his brother, Adam (via Soaps In Depth). By then, the only dad Christian ever knew was Nick, so Adam stepped aside and is allowing Nick to raise the boy (via Soaps.com).
